Chechebsa

Ingredients
- 200 g flatbread (injera or any flatbread), torn into pieces
- 3 tbsp ghee or oil
- 1 tbsp berbere spice mix
- 2 tbsp honey
- 150 g yogurt
- to taste salt
- 100 ml water
Method
- In a large skillet, heat the ghee or oil over medium heat.
- Add the torn flatbread pieces and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Sprinkle the berbere spice mix and salt over the bread, stirring to coat evenly.
- Pour in the water and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the bread absorbs some moisture.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with honey, mixing well.
- Serve warm on a plate, garnished with a dollop of yogurt on the side.
