Chrysanthemum tea

Ingredients
- 15 g dried chrysanthemum flowers
- 1 L water
- 50 g rock sugar
- 20 g goji berries (optional)
Method
- Boil 1 liter of water in a pot.
- Add 15 grams of dried chrysanthemum flowers to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the tea into a teapot or serving jug.
- Stir in 50 grams of rock sugar until dissolved.
- If using, add 20 grams of goji berries for added flavor and nutrients.
- Serve hot or cold, as desired.
