- 200 g ground pork
- 100 g shrimp, peeled and minced
- 2 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1.5 L chicken broth

- Carefully add the wontons to the boiling broth and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they float and are cooked through.
- Add the chopped bok choy to the pot and cook for an additional 2 minutes until just tender.
- Taste the broth and adjust seasoning with salt and white pepper as needed.
- Ladle the soup into bowls, ensuring each bowl has wontons and bok choy.
- Garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.
