Ensalada de palta y tomate

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 30 g fresh cilantro
- 50 ml olive oil
- 30 ml lime juice
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Method
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Dice the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges. Add them to the bowl with the avocado.
- Peel the red onion and slice it thinly. Add the onion to the bowl with the avocado and tomatoes.
- Chop the fresh cilantro and sprinkle it over the salad ingredients.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or lime juice as desired.
- Serve immediately for the freshest flavor, or refrigerate for 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
