- 200 g spaghetti, uncooked
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Method
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
- In a large pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Sauté zucchini, carrot, and bell pepper for about 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the sautéed vegetables.
- Pour the gochujang sauce over the pasta and toss well to combine, ensuring all the spaghetti is coated.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until everything is heated through.
