Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 400 g plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes

- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Method
- In a saucepan, bring water to a gentle simmer and add the vinegar.
- Crack each egg into a small bowl, then gently slide them into the simmering water one at a time.
- Poach the eggs for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a plate.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread the garlic yogurt mixture on a serving plate, creating a well in the center.
- Place the poached eggs on top of the yogurt mixture.
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the red pepper flakes, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Drizzle the spicy butter over the poached eggs.
- Garnish with chopped fresh dill before serving.
