Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes, boiled and diced
- 150 g carrots, boiled and diced
- 100 g peas, canned or frozen
- 100 g pickles, diced
- 200 g cooked chicken breast, diced
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
- 200 g mayonnaise
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, carrots, and peas.
- Add the diced pickles and cooked chicken breast to the bowl.
- Incorporate the chopped hard-boiled eggs into the mixture.
- Add the mayonnaise, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to mash the vegetables.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
