- 50 g Thai basil leaves

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 400 g cooked jasmine rice
- 2 eggs
Method
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and bird's eye chili, stir-frying until fragrant.
- Add the minced pork, breaking it up with a spatula and cooking until browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, mixing well to combine.
- Add the Thai basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute until wilted.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set.
- Serve the stir-fried pork over a bed of jasmine rice, topped with the fried egg.
